Have you ever had a conversation with someone where you tell them some new, exciting information only to be met with a yawn? Why don’t they find your idea interesting? And for business owners: have you been giving people more money only to find out that it doesn’t create more productivity? Is your employee recognition program burning out and producing diminished results?
Most people try to motivate other people - in relationships or in business - in the same way that they like to be motivated, not the way the other person wants to be motivated. And that’s a huge problem that causes failed relationships and failed businesses. In this class, we'll be looking at what motivates people. Motivators are drivers of action, what cause us to put our feet on the floor each morning and engage. Learn more about what could be driving you and the other people in your life. You’ll reap immediate benefits in both your personal and professional life.
