Do you know what to do if your friend or loved one has a seizure? What if it happened to you? In this class, we'll discuss how to help someone who is having a seizure by exploring basic seizure first-aid, when to call for an ambulance, what "warning signs" to look for before a seizure occurs, and how to reduce triggers. Our time will also consist of how to help you reduce the triggers that could cause a seizure in your brain.
Proceeds from this class benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee. Suggested donation: $10
