Working Out Without a Gym

Don’t have a gym membership? No problem! This circuit class taught by fitness guru Matt Averyhart will be 1 hour of all out fun! The class will feature athletic body weight movements organized in a circuit HIIT style for maximum calorie burn and muscle toning.

Designed to challenge all levels of fitness and push each individual to new heights, HIIT is a variety of interval workouts designed to burn fat, build muscle, and enhance sports performance.Each participant will leave feeling alive and fit, but more importantly equipped with the knowledge to continue a healthy lifestyle at home.

Supplies needed: Yoga mat! If you don't have one, please email us at and we will provide one for you.

About the teacher:

Matthew Averyhart is a former Division 1 athlete as a Texas Christian University football Running back from 2010 to 2014 that recently moved to Chattanooga. He has been in the athletic arena since the age of 6, so he’s no stranger to competition and the hard work that it takes to achieve physical peaks. Along his journey he has gained expertise in athletic training which includes speed, agility, flexibility and overall body control. He has had the honor of working with elite athletes preparing for college or the professional sports level. He has trained in Denver CO, Los Angeles CA, and Dallas TX working with with Olympic sprinters, NFL players, professional baseball players and clients in need of weight loss.
