Gluten free living is more than just a fad for 1 out of every 100 people worldwide. Those people have an autoimmune disorder where the ingestion of gluten leads to damage in the small intestine. Others have very serious sensitivities that put them at risk for long-term health complications.
Gluten-related disorders are prevalent across the world, however, many people struggle to feed themselves and their families without gluten-containing grains. The menu includes crunchy chicken tenders, spaghetti squash, and black bean brownies. All food is, of course, gluten free.
