This is the second in a series of classes in collaboration with The Farmer's Daughter.
Join us for a hands-on knife skills, kraut and kimchi class! We'll cover fundamental knife skills including choosing a knife and care. You'll have lots of time to practice to make you a safer and more precise cook in your kitchen. With all the amazing knife work you'll do, we will put the results to delicious use by making some basic vegetable ferments. We'll talk about fermenting vegetables and then make sauerkraut and kimchi. You'll take home a pint of each!
Cost includes all supplies; space is limited.
