Teacher Spotlight: Linda Murray Bullard
Our growing class list would be quite difficult to pull off without the awesome instructors we've been so honored to meet. We'd like to give you the same opportunity to get to know our Chattery teachers a bit better.
How did you get started in your profession?
My career actually chose me. I was chosen to learn best office practices in Vocational Education Office Courses (VOEC) in high school and followed that track of study in life.
Why do you love Chattanooga?
I love how easy it is to become connected here. Everyone knows someone that knows someone else. It is the best mid-sized city in America!
What's one topic you'd like to learn through The Chattery?
I am very interested in learning how to find buyers for public speaking assignments. I know about bureaus, but there is more out there than that.
What's something someone would be surprised to learn about you?
My book, "The Well Ran Dry: Memoirs of a Motherless Child" was the only local indie author's autobiography accepted by the U.S. Library of Congress in 2013.
