Who wouldn't want access to the healthiest food on earth? Food that when consumed on a regular basis opens long forgotten energy pathways? Did you know that you can take almost any single favorite food item in your world and make it the best ever!

The great news is this is some of the simplest food on the planet! Eating raw invites vital nutrients, vitamins and enzymes into the body that help harmonize all our systems. Some of these goodies the body has never experienced!

In this workshop you'll walk away with practical tips on how to create food incorporating the world's top sugar stabilizers and mood enhancers. Using ingredients sourced from South America all the way to Asia you can make your own healthy sweets and treats that not only tickle the taste buds but encourage the body to flush anything it doesn't need any more.

Kelsey Vasileff is the owner and operator of Southern Sqweeze, a raw juice bar located in North Chattanooga.

Health has always been important to me. Sure fitness. Sure physique. But beaming from within. That healthy glow that someone emits and you can tell immediately when you meet her. That is the type of health that keeps us rooted to the ground and allows us to live to 100.

Personally, my revolution began in the yoga world which began for me when I was ~15 years old. By the time I graduated from college the only path ahead of me was that of guiding people toward the same transformation I had enjoyed in the form of teaching yoga. It's been an absolute blast! It's been since fall 2010 that I've been teaching and about a year ago I started getting more interested in raw foods, juicing, etc.

Like many businesses we started in our kitchen! Working off the Norwalk cold press juicer my husband, my family and I started building juice recipes to taste and offering juice to friends. Everyone was diggin' it and wanting more so we started entertaining the idea of a full fledged store front. Now we've been open since late April this year and havin' a ball!

This stuff isn't easy though. I, like many others in this country, was not raised on the healthiest food in the world. I've slowly discovered the power of eating right throughout the last few years and continue to seek which direction the path leads.
