Home gardens and local farmer's markets provide us with an abundance of fresh, in-season food. Join certified nutrition specialist Victoria Behm in a lively discussion of using healing herbs and veggies from local or home-grown sources for delicious summer snacks. Together we'll make herb garden pesto, stuffed cherry tomatoes and avocado-honey cream dip. And of course, we get to eat!
All food is gluten-free, nut-free and vegetarian.
About the teacher:
Victoria Behm holds a Master's degree in Nutrition and Integrative Health and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) practitioner. She currently teaches graduate level nutrition and cooking courses online and does research and program management for the CNS certifying body. She and her family reside in beautiful Chattanooga, TN.
