Does your morning cup need a little work? Great coffee shouldn't be elusive. Join us to learn the basics of extraction - the same basics world-class baristas use in their cafes every day. Together we'll uncover a few key principles – grind quality, contact time, and strength – all in aid of making consistently tasty coffee.
This will be an interactive and somewhat experimental class with plenty of opportunity for asking questions. Space is limited.
What you'll take home: freshly roasted Velo Coffee, 10% off brewing equipment, and the confidence and know-how to make consistently great coffee.
