So what kinds of effects does this have on our minds and bodies? Constant sweet cravings, tired of always being tired to name a couple.
Take Jane Doe for example. She may crave sugary snacks to give energy or satisfy that sweet tooth, but she ends up more tired after. She also notices that she may not be at her ideal weight, she has poor sleep, or other health concerns like dull skin, headaches, or feeling stressed. About the teachers:
Kelsey Vasileff is the owner and operator of Southern Sqweeze, a raw juice bar located in North Chattanooga. Health has always been important to her, and Kelsey began her health revolution when she was around 15 years old. Upon college graduation, Kelsey began teaching yoga and started becoming more interested in raw foods, juicing and other alternative healthy options. She and her family started Southern Sqweeze over a year ago after building juice recipes to taste and offering juice to friends.The business now has two storefronts and offers health coaching as an added benefit!
Ashley McAdoo is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, yoga teacher, and vegan-raw foods enthusiast. She believes that health and beauty start with nourishing the inside of our body to truly glow on the outside, using plant-based whole foods.
