How does the food you eat affect your body?
If you've ever wondered if the fried food you eat causes acne or the fruit you eat clears your skin, you may be right! This class from Southern Sqweeze will cover what foods you can add to your diet to make your skin healthier, cleansing techniques and beauty treatments with food. Together, we will learn all about beauty foods for both the inside and out.
Each participant will walk away with a scrub for their skin and new techniques to make their skin clearer, softer and healthier!

Ashley McAdoo is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, yoga teacher, and vegan-raw foods enthusiast. She believes that health and beauty start with nourishing the inside of our body to truly glow on the outside, using plant-based whole foods.
