Cinematics , which started in 2016, is a documentary movie series designed to educate and engage through the art of film. Each movie event features an organization or business that provides the theme of the movie and sets the tone for the discussion afterward.

The goal of Cinematics is to encourage thoughtful discussion around topics important to Chattanooga and the world. Through the series, we've partnered with a number of local organizations like Chattanooga Cares, LAUNCH and AIGA while covering a number of important topics ranging from entrepreneurship to sexual assault on college campuses.

Cinematics provides a unique sponsorship opportunity for a business/organization who wants to be involved with igniting community engagement in a creative and meaningful way. Would you consider sponsoring Cinematics? The next round of Cinematics is scheduled to begin in September at the newly renovated Miller Park.

Sponsorship Levels

Premiere Sponsor ($5,000) - Sponsors three movies

  • Logo on all marketing and promotional materials including but not limited to: River City Company, Miller Plaza and The Chattery websites, social media suite including Facebook Events (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter posts and any sponsored ads).
  • Mentions in any media communications including television, radio, print and web
  • Coverage expected but not guaranteed by Nooga.com, Times Free Press, Chattanooga.com, WGOW, WDEF, WTVC, WRCB.
  • Opportunity to creatively and effectively engage public at event as sponsor sees fit.
  • Sponsor recognition from stage before and after film screening.
  • Use of professional event photos for future promotional materials.
  • Two separate social posts recognizing sponsor on River City Company’s and The Chattery’s Facebook and Twitter accounts which will also be shared on the Downtown Chattanooga Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts: approximately 42,800 followers. Copy will include general information about event, the generous sponsorship and tag sponsor’s respective social accounts.
  • Facebook Live each month of event with sponsor representative from newly remodeled Miller Park.
  • Mention in two (2) River City Company monthly newsletters (September and October) of event and sponsorship. Email list contains 5,400 subscribers.
  • Mention in two (2) The Chattery monthly newsletters (September and October) of event and sponsorship. Email list contains 2,500 subscribers.

Producer Sponsor ($3,500) - Sponsors two movies

  • Logo on all marketing and promotional materials including but not limited to: The Chattery website, social media (including Facebook Events and any sponsored ads).
  • Mentions in print and traditional media channels.
  • Create evergreen blog post to recognize the sponsor to be promoted on The Chattery's website and all social channels (1 post total).
  • Mention in two (2) The Chattery monthly newsletters (September and October) of event and sponsorship. Email list contains 2,500 subscribers.
  • Sponsor recognition from stage before and after film screening.

Popcorn Sponsor ($2,000) - Sponsors one movie

  • Logo on all marketing and promotional materials including but not limited to: The Chattery website, social media (including Facebook Events and any sponsored ads).
  • Mentions in print and traditional media channels.
  • Sponsor recognition from stage before and after film screening.
