How did you get started in your profession?
I have loved cooking for as long as I can remember. Somewhere between high school and college, that love of cooking developed into a passion for baking and the knowledge that using my skills and creativity as a baker to bring joy to the people around me is what I am meant to do with my life. I have spent the last 8 years honing my skills working in the food industry in a variety of capacities. I started Revel Pastry Company in the spring of 2015 with the goal of providing Chattanooga with the best possible hand-crafted and seasonally inspired pastries.
Why do you love Chattanooga?
One of my favorite things about Chattanooga is it's spirit of innovation and growth. Being surrounded by a community that is open to progressive ideas in business and culture gives me hope and energy as I endeavor to build a new business.

What's something someone would be surprised to learn about you?
Before deciding to pursue a career in food, I wanted to be a professional musician.
